i ship all orders via canada post. all ready-made items are shipped within 5 business days of purchase. shipping and handling charges are based on the item(s) purchased.

if you require special shipping considerations, please contact me prior to making the purchase.

returns & exchanges

i will accept exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your item. the item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which they were received - without wear or damage, with original packaging and packing slip.

if an item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and include a photo of item and packaging. a replacement or refund will only be granted if the damage is documented.

all customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs of their purchases and exchanges. when shipping your item back, please package the item very carefully. i am not responsible for lost or damaged exchanges.
